At our meetings in December, 2002, we were unable to completely judge the
following items, and therefore PENDED them until a future meeting.  When the
reason for the pend is resolved, we will proceed with the consideration.

Ples la Bruce, Name and Device, Quarterly azure and sable, a bear rampant
between four owls argent (Name for Documentation of legal name, Device for lack
of a name.)
