  If you're talking about 10% of the event profits, then I'm behind this idea 
100%. The Kingdom could make good use of the extra funds generated in this 
manner. 
  One potential use of Kingdom funds was made apparent at Pennsic. The fact 
that there were not appropriate thrones available for the Crowns of Atlantia 
is unacceptable. I would be in favor of the Kingdom securing a rental unit 
there to hold regalia to be used at the War, and extra funds generated 
through an event tax could be used for this purpose.
