Lord Kwellend,

As the Atlantian Clerk of Precedence it is my job to insure that the data
contained therein is accurate and available in a timely manner. To this end, I
have continued the collection of modern names. I will not delete modern name
references from my database nor will I cease asking for the cross reference. I
also will not publish in a public forum these modern names until such time as it
becomes ok to do that... and since I've no desire to get written permission from
almost 3000 people, the modern names will never be published. This collection
should cause you no concern as it is merely a tool to aid in administering a
data base with thousands of records.

Administering a database is a difficult thing at best, especially when the
information placed within is not always accurate due to many factors. The
biggest factor for making the information inaccurate is the fact that people may
get awards, then change their names, and that change isn't translated to the OP
database. Or the biggest problem being misspellings. In doing this sweep and
trying to have the modern name cross reference, I have been able to eliminate a
number of duplicate entries and in at least 5 cases, triplicate, and once, due
to spelling errors, a quadruplicate. I have also encountered several instances
of deceased people, which I've also marked.

You are of course allowed to not agree, so, we will have to just agree to
disagree.

In service to Crown and Kingdom,
Mistress Mordrea
