[MR] NonMember Charges

Many apologies to His Majesty because he's probably getting this twice (Hit 
the send button before I realized this was going to his personal address)

Question from a nonmember: Has the BoD thought about maybe lowering the cost 
of membership so that maybe we can gain more members? Personally, I only held 
membership for one year because I didn't want to beg my mother to fork out 
that money for me because I only went to about 5 events. 

Just a thought.
