[MR] expectations

There has been a lot of discussion lately about what is expected of persons 
with regard to entering the various awards and Orders in the kingdom.  

Let me turn that around somewhat and ask the populace what they expect or 
would like to see from the Orders.  Also, what suggestions do you have that 
would facilitate these expectations?  

This is not a test;  there are no right and wrong answers!  I believe, 
however, that this should be a very interesting discussion ...
