[MR] New Orders--Write TRM

I sincerely hope that everyone who is writing their opinions on the new 
orders to the Merry Rose, the polling order lists and the Atlantian Heralds 
list are *ALSO* writing directly to the King and Queen.

Discussion on these lists is good.  But only letters sent directly to TRM 
will be considered in their final decision.
