[MR] Move Debates Off List?

Gentles,

While it has been wonderful to have this list as a resource for support and 
information in these terrible days,  I feel that perhaps this is not the 
most appropriate venue for debating on our country's response to these 
awful events.

I'd like to request that these threads be continued off list, if you would 
be so kind?  It's getting a bit noisier than usual in here....
