[MR] Baronial Birthday consult table

Warning!  Danger, Will Robinson!  Danger!

At the heraldic consult table at Sacred Stones Baronial Birthday last 
weekend, I discovered about half way through the day that I had accadentally 
been handing out out-of-date forms for submission.  If you picked up forms 
from the consult table this weekend, take a look at them.  If they do not 
say, "College of Heralds of Atlantia, SCA, Inc." on the top and "v.1.2 
3/23/2000 JKT" in the lower right hand corner, they are OUT OF DATE.  Please 
do not use them.  Please see me or your local herald to obtain a current copy 
of the submission form.
