Please be aware that many systems will have trouble printing the online
forms in the correct size. The margins on the forms should be rather
small, as in less than half an inch in most cases.

As a result, if you print out the online forms and you get fairly largish
margins, please take those printouts to a photocopier and zox them at
about 107-108%. That should give you the proper size.
