[MR] courtesy to ladies

I am not surprised by this report, as I have frequently noted similar
instances over the last 20+ years in several kingdoms.
However, I have to differ with Jared on one important point:
The gender of those struggling with their gear is (or should be)
irrelevant. As a matter of simple courtesy and honor, we should assist
others in need whatever their gender and whatever our own.
When I am struggling to move the gear for a heraldic consult table and am
hindered by physical limitations that sometimes come upon me due to age,
arthritis and/or the resurgence of past injuries, I do not care if someone
who helps me is male or female. And, when I am not so hindered, if I see
someone large and male who obviously has more than he can carry, I feel
bound in honor and courtesy to offer to help. (Sometimes the more
foolishly macho males will turn me down, but that is their problem, not
mine and I feel the obligations of honor and courtesy have been satisfied!)
