[MR] courtesy to ladies

interesting item up for debate...however, i, being a lady who frequently 
"struggles" with gear at events, tend to agree with duke logan...i forone am 
not shy and always ask someone if i am at the point of being unable to handle 
my own things myself...personally i do not mind carrying my gear, or anyone 
else's for that matter...i see everyone around me in the same boat,  so to 
speak, hauling things to and from, in the heat, in the mud...the squeeky 
wheel does get the grease in this instance...i've squeeked, loudly, and had 
marvelous results..isabella
