One of the things I did when I was seneschale of the *Shire* of Stierbach
right  before we became a Barony,was to start an award that we called
The 
Holy Cow- as in "holy cow, you've done a lot of work for this group!" 

It was our way of acknowledging folks who had gone above and beyond- and
it was a lot of fun to give out.
