[MR] Lack of Response

Hmmmm. I can't tell if you are agreeing with me or
not. I was not saying that officers should not be
bothered with the task of greeting newcomers at events
or otherwise, just that they are sometimes overwhelmed
and can use some help. I was also suggesting that if
the same few people who do this type of work had some
help, maybe the response rate would go up.
