[MR] More N VA Blood Donor Phone numbers

Tirloch and I just returned from the Inova donation office in
Centreville.  The GOOD news is that they are overwhelmed.  Many, like
us, want to help and are at a loss on how to besides donating blood.  

However, due to the response, Inova (at least in Centreville) is NOT
taking donations EXCEPT THAT THEY ARE IN DIRE NEED OF O-negative blood. 
Other blood types are being put on a call list, and will be contacted
for an appointment in the next few days.

If you are O-negative, and in this area, then please contact them.
