[MR] More N VA Blood Donor Phone numbers

The Inova and Red Cross are looking for O negative blood donors at this time.  At Inova centers, all other potential donors are being asked to sign a roster where
they may be called within the next 2-3 days.

The Inova center in Centreville was mobbed 2 hours ago with people looking to donate blood or to volunteer to help.
