[MR] University and Wilkes County

Good gentles coming to University,

Anyone travelling into Boone from the East on Hwy 421 will be coming through 
Wilkes County.  There are two important things to note for those driving 
through it.

First, the entirety of Wilkes county is  a speed trap.  It would be wise to 
observe the posted speed limits.

Second, Saturday October 6th (8 am to 5 pm) is the Apple Festival held in 
Wilkesboro (the county seat).  Hwy 421 goes through town and, unfortunately, 
even narrows down to 2 lanes in town.   There will probably be traffic delays 
Saturday due to the extra traffic.  Please allot extra time.
