Sign me up as well!  *grin*  Of course, you wouldn't even have to offer 
'black' as a choice, owner could paint them themself.  Although I wouldn't 
want 18gauge stainless ... don't care that it's stainless, would still want 
at least 16gauge stainless protecting those precious fingers of mine ... 
(or 14 gauge mild).
