18th century song, which I learned in the 1990's from folsinger/folklorist Ed 
Miller, who learned it sometime earlier (1960s?) from folksinger Jeannie 
Robertson.  But that's the song!

Ed sings that one verse with "chair/flair" but the version I found dated to 
the 1700s used "stool/fool."  Other than that, they were the same.
