Unless #1 and #2 are royal whims, coffee and hot chocolate would not be 
period. Chocolate is a new world thing and even if it was brought to Europe, 
it wouldn't have sugar since sugar is a new world thing and was probably not 
used in Europe. If I remember correctly, honey was the only sweetner all 
people had access too. Below is an opinion from Her Excellency, Baroness

Anyone who has knowledge who may argue this, power to you. I suggest Jeanne 
look in the Floregium (sp?) which is headed by THL Stefan li Rous. If you're 
not doing something period, I wouldn't see a problem.
