[MR] 20YC Volunteer Land Dragon Attendants

Greetings Gentles of Atlantia,

    The Autocrat of Atlantia's 20th Year Celebration, Mistress Anne of
Carthew, has told me that according to all of the reservations most of
the gentles attending Twentieth Year will be arriving Friday evening and
Saturday morning.  As with all Lords and Ladies of Atlantia, most will
be arriving with their Land Dragons.  So as Parking Coordinator I am
looking for several brave individuals for each 2 hour block of time
starting at 5pm when the site opens to help me tame these wild beasts
and get them each properly nested in our parking lots. (In plan english,
I need some volunteers to help direct traffic in and around the parking
lots)  Also if you live near the site, or can arrive earlier in the day,
I would like 4 to 6 volunteers to help setup the parking lots.
    As with Troll and Security, for each shift that you volunteer for
your name will be entered in the T-shirt drawing for that position!
    Please respond to me as soon as you can with several time periods
you might be able to help with so that I can make out a schedule.

Time Blocks

Friday Night
5pm -7pm
7pm - 9pm
9pm - 11pm

Saturday Morning
8am - 10 am
10am - 12noon
