Greetings, friends!

One point of clarification on the A&S displays at 20
year...you may begin bringing your items to the hall
as early as 9:30 on Saturday.  I'll have to let you
know later when to pick them up.  :-)  General
information/instructions will be posted inside the
building in case someone isn't there to help you at
the time you arrive.

Which leads me to call for volunteers to help with the
display!  I would really hate to miss all the rapier
fighting on Saturday, not to mention swinging by the
heavy field to watch the heavy fighters in action! I
already have two volunteers who have offered to be in
the hall to help keep an eye on the displays. Please
contact me if you are willinging to donate an hour or
two of your time during the day (and also tell me what
time to expect you).
