It gets better, actually. Blaise and I went through part of the
Morsulus hoard of LOARs last night, and found that Wilhelm
giveth, and Wilhelm taketh away.
At one point, he put forth the idea that GoAs can use the
Lancastrian collar of ss. A good rendition of this collar can be
seen at: http://www.cin.org/farmor.html (The Tudors, in their
push to establish themselves as the legit heirs of the Tudors,
also used the collar). However, in a later LOAR, Wilhelm
backtracks, saying that the collar of ss is clearly something
identified with the English royal house, and says that each
kingdom ought to come up with a special collar of their own. At
present, Atlantian law says nothing about a collar. OTOH, Blaise
and I aren't *quite* through Wilhelm's letters yet, so he may
have said something else; everyone after him, by and large, has
their cover letters webbed, and Blaise has already searched
those to no avail.
