Perhaps, then, such linking (or access to) should be a requirement for
Heraldic office.  We make much stricter requirements on many participants in
the Society, so I don't think this to be totally unreasonable...  (Even if a
fighter builds everything but his helm, he'll drop $200 on that...)

Pedro-  I wish I could say.   I think, though, it was a West/Caid mailing
list where it was brought up...  See, my issue tends to be the-
untimeliness- of email response from many of the offices I email with
comments or suggestions.  I usually don't even get a "Thanks for your email,
I'll get back to you later" response, so I don't really even know if my last
email ever got there...

Is Magister Herveus d'Ormonde the Society representative or the Kingdom
Herald?
