[MR] Ikle Loom Help

Hi folks!

I need a little bit of advice.  I have this really nice, really well-used 
(but lovingly cared for, I think) inkle loom.  It's about a year old, and I 
bought it new at pennsic last year.

Lately, when I've used it, I've had a problem with the warp advancing 
around the pegs... it just simply won't.  I've changed the thread/yarn I 
use, loosened the tension, etc., and tried pretty much everything.... but 
it won't budge, unless I move it around each peg by hand (which really 
slows down my progress).

Can anyone offer suggestions as to why it's getting stuck and how I might 
fix it?
