I have researched and come up with generic Latin words that may be used.  I
am not a great scholar in Latin,
so I am not certain how they will go together.

Always Fierce :

always
nunquam (numquam) [never]; 'nunquam non' , [always]; 'non nunquam',
[sometimes].


pervigil -ilis [always watchful].


semper [always , at all times].


usque [through and through , all the way; continuously; always]; 'usque
Romam', [as far as Rome]; 'usque a Romulo', [ever since Romulus].


usquequaque [always].


fierce


asperitas -atis f. [roughness , unevenness]; to the taste, [sourness]; to
the ear, [harshness]. of character or circumstances, [harshness, fierce
ness, severity, difficulty].


atrox -ocis [terrible , cruel, horrible]; of human character, [harsh,
fierce, severe]. Adv. atrociter.


digladior -ari dep. [to flourish the sword; to fight , struggle fiercely];
in words, [to dispute].


diritas -atis f. [misfortune , disaster; cruelty, fierceness].


saevus -a -um [raging , fierce, furious, violent, savage, cruel]; adv.
saeve and saeviter.


torvus -a -um [savage , grim, fierce].


trux trucis [savage , fierce, grim].

Unto Our Latin Scholars ...

I am wanting to translate "Always Fierce".
There seems to be no lack of options for the word 'fierce' in the
online Latin dictionaries. For what it is worth, I would prefer
something in the vein of "Semper Fidelis".
