Sorry about the previous almost blank message.
I don't think the main problem with dismissing the "pay to play" is so much 
about not obtaining membership.  Or not wanting to spend the money on a 
membership.  Too many of our fighter's are having are having problems getting 
the cards they have paid for from California.  It has been a long standing 
problem that has cause a lot of heart ache over the last few years.  And of 
course there are the poor folks who forget their cards at home for that one 
special event they drove a long way to attend.  I believe our wonderful 
Atlantian soldiers will understand the importance of obtaining a membership 
and supporting our Kingdom.
