[MR] OT: Feather comforter

Sorry to be off-topic.  I don't have a clue who to ask, but someone on this
list will know who to ask:

My mom has a 75-year old feather comforter that's been stored in a cardboard
box for decades.  She took it out and the feathers have gotten very musty.
When she put it into the dryer on the air cycle, the feathers came out, but
the comforter was still as musty as before.

Does anyone know how to clean this comforter, or who to ask?
