The changes are in the March Acorn which was mailed out earlier this week.

The appropriate term is "pay-to-fight", as membership has heretofore only
been required for fighting. (Okay, and for being an officer, but that's
part of Corpora not kingdom law...)

I'm a bit confused by the change with respect to Unevent. Considering that
officers are required to attend Unevent, why did they bother reducing the
no-conflict area to 100 miles? It doesn't seem to me that too many folks
would want to put on another event against it...
