These were the items discussed, but policy changes are not REAL until they
are published in the Acorn. I believe these should appear in the April
issue.

Also, proposed changes are usually published in the Acorn preceding the
Curia...letting people know what will be discussed. Ah, the benefits of
membership.

A summary of Curia:

NOTE: EFFECTIVE ONLY AFTER PUBLICATION!

Atlantia will no longer be pay-to-play (requiring membership). Fighters
without a
waiver on file with Corporate (ie membership) will be required to fill
out a waiver on the field, and pay $1 each per (tourney/event?).

Event bids for Kingdom events (except for coronation) are to be submitted
to the Kingdom seneschal. Dates/timing for bids will be in Seneschal's
policy.

no conflict 150 miles has been reduced to 100 miles for events.
Additionally, groups may request "no conflict" only once per year.

The following kingdom events are now "no conflict 100 miles", instead
of "no conflict in the Kingdom": University, Unevent.
All the other Kingdom events are still "no conflict in Kingdom"

Hope this answers your questions. I must say it was a rather quick and to
the point Curia!

Lady Sveva Lucciola
Seneschal, Windmasters' Hill
