I spoke with the proprietress of I believe Artful Dragon (in spaces 19 & 18) at Holiday Faire concerning registering Devices both personal and possible shire from the Outerbanks area.  I tried to send an email to the address I have and it bounced.  If you are in the Tavern could you pleased drop me a note I have those devices drawn up for you to look at.
