Judith wasn't alone; I had the same thought, as it was just the sort
of very vague message that the most recent and well-publicized
viruses hide behind.

As for it being 'just a picture' -- I don't know enough about
computers to say for certain that an executable file *can't* be
hidden in what appears to be a harmless .jpg.  I deleted the thing
unseen.
