Yes.  BUT!  If, on the way to his last event as King, Logan's car had broken 
down as Anton's did two weeks ago, then he would still be COUNT Logan.  That 
was my point.

We were discussing why it was important that the Seneshal know that the 
circumstances surrounding Anton not arriving at Coronation resulted in an 
Incomplete Reign.  That even though there was no intention on Anton's part 
to not complete his reign, a car breaking down does not fall into the BoD's 
definition of Act of God.  It doesn't affect HG Anton, since he was already 
a Duke going into this reign.  But it would have affected anyone who was not 
a Duke going into a reign.

A moot point now.  But one that is good to know in the unlikely event such a 
thing happens again.
