[Archers] Important information about War of the Wings Archery

Good morning fellow archers and marshals,

The bid for War of the Wings 2022 is currently being developed.  The
autocrat is looking for an Archery Marshal in Charge.

After serving as MiC for Archery at WoW for most of its existence I will
tell you it's a lot of fun and very rewarding. It's also a lot of work.
You will need an abundance of targets, good organizational skills, loaner
gear, patience and above all, a dedicated staff.

One person cannot take on this task alone.  You'll need people to help make
targets, set up/take down, run the line, do inspections, assist new
archers, score royal rounds (if you have them), organize competitions, run
the night shoot (if you have it), etc. That means a well organized and
committed staff.

I'm not telling you all that to scare you away, just so that you'll know
what you're getting into.

Please consider the position.  Let's have a discussion about this like we
used to.
