As the originator/creator of this shoot I just wanted also say a huge thank you to you all. This would have never been as big a success as it has without the dedication and support that all of have given it all of these years. As this is the last “official” year for the shoot it is great to see that we did what we said we were going to do and Atlantia delivered all 10 years even though we were never supposed to host it every year. I’m sorry I cant be there with you but I will be there in spirit. I know COG would be proud and will be looking down with great pride.

This is a reminders. If you are making targets please get your instructions/rules to me so we can have them posted at the target station. Either send them to me or print and bring your own the day of the shoot.

I want to thank everyone who has stepped up to volunteer to make this upcoming St. Sebastian's shoot one we can be proud of. I believe CoG will be looking down on us with a smile peeking out from under his mustache.

Shoot date August 3, 2019

Friday Night set-up — 5:30pm

Saturday Muster — 8:00pm

Shoot Ceremony — 9:00pm
Inspections on going 8:30am
Shoot start — 9:30am
Shoot ends — 3pm
Breakdown — 3pm
Awards — 4pm
4:30 make sure the Archery field is returned to its originals set-up
