[Archers] St. Sebastian Pennsic Shoot

I've got it... Bring a 'dead' arrow with you to the Marshals tent. At the
end of the week, we can collect them and have a ceremonial burning. Anyone
who wishes to participate can write the names of the people they wish to
remember on the shaft. Still working this out, there are some logistical
hurdles... but this can work...

Also, CoG was a GREAT supporter of the Viking Ship Burning at WoW. This is
a fitting remembrance, and one we all can particpate in.

Thoughts?
