I also agree with your guidelines Master Seamus,

They are in line with the current requirements for archery equipment and
would meet our needs seeing that new modern equipment is hitting the market
now.

Might we also include about not turning away new folks and thier first
attendance with the caveat that using modern material darts cannot be
scored for competition?
