[Archers] Pennsic Period Bow Shoot

Reminder to those who are interested, come out and shoot in, or support the 6th Pennsic Period Bow Shoot, hosted by Lord Naran Numuchi, Orlok of the Great Dark Horde archers. The Period Shoot will commence right after the Champion's Shoot on Wednesday of War Week. Period style equipment only(no modern crossbows, recurves, longows, no arrowshelves or pistol grips or plastic nocks of any kind, and archery tackle must plausibly match for time period and culture. Qabak, Manchu Tunken, Turkish Puta, Roving Clout , Flight Shoot, wands, Wreathe , Period RR targets. The Qabak will be shot with bow, crossbow, and ammo provided. The Tunken requires 2 rubber blunted arrows or bolts. Prizes for Longbow, Horsebow, Crossbow, Other Recurve, and Best Ensemble of archery kit and garb.
