I'm passing along this information to those of you who are entering the A&S
competition sponsored by Grimmsfield at War of the Wings called The Art and
Science of Archery.  I hope there will be lots of entries!!

Thank you for sponsoring a competition at War of the Wings.  As a
competition sponsor, please remind your judges to sign-in at the Welcome
area of the Cultural Arts Village.  We will have a contact in the area to
help sign-in your competitors as well.  Please provide your judges (or us)
with your judging forms.  If this is to be populace choice, please let us
know.  We will open to receive entries at 10:00 on most days and Noon
following procession on Saturday.

All competitors will be asked to collect their entries by 4:00.  There will
not be time in the Kingdom court for the announcement of competition
winners.  We recommend you pass on the name(s) of your winners and notable
mentions to their Baronial groups for recognition during their courts.
Please also leave the winners and notable mentions information in the
Welcome Area and we will included it in the event report as well as an
article (with pictures) for the Kingdom Newsletter.

Thank you again for your patronage.  We hope you have a great war and we
look forward to your visit with us.
