They a horse ring several hundred feet we can use for archery. I will work on the hay bales. If I can get them, is there something else we can use? I have foam board we can use for the actual targets.

There will be at least one other marshal there.  If nothing has been set up, can you arrange to get 6 -10 hay bales there to shoot at?  This is assuming you have a suitable range area 100 yards long.  As this is a 4H camp, do they have an archery range already? Stefan of Cambion
