[Archers] Gwyntarian Winter Challenge Update

Noble Friends of the Bow,

Thanks to participation by the Barony of Stierbach and the Shire of
Isenfir, Atlantia is now represented by 16 archers in the Gwyntarian
Winter Challenge. And we own 10 of the top 20 slots!

But we can do better. Last year we had 26 archers. Let's show the
Knowne World that Atlantia's mighty archers rock with more
participants! Go team Atlantia!
