[Archers] Pennsic Range

First I would like to thank every archer in Atlantia that has stepped to
help Janyn Fletcher produce another wonderful St Sebastians shoot. With out
your help we could not host this fantastic event. Thank you Lord Janyn
Fletcher for your inspiration and hard work.

The East is hosting Archery this year and they have asked me to remind
Atlantian Marshals and MIT's to help run the range. I am asking all of you
if you could help out with set up or tear down that would be awesome. Also
if you could put one two hour shift in that would be fantastic as well. I
know in the past Atlantia has done the lion share of helping and we all
appreciate your hard work.
