[Archers] Event Reports

It is time for me to write my first report for this quarter as DEM. As I
looked over my records I see that I have only received a couple of reports.

Please send me your event reports. I am particularly looking for your write
ups and head counts. I know there have been several events this quarter
event with the challenging weather and would love to review them so I can
submit my report.
