Correct the "cookie cutter" peerage or "Omnibus" is the one actively campaigning now and would possibly support thrown, archery, equestrian, etc....

This is the peerage for Rapier that was created as of the January(?) BoD meeting. 
I believe that the one you are referring to is the followup effort to create a new 
peerage that will cover the rest (non-rattan, non-rapier) of the martial activities. 
The effort is still ongoing :)

Question for the group here. I’m seeing several other kingdoms putting people on vigil for the peerage Master of Defense. Is this elevating people to the new peerage that has been discussed ad nauseum on many other SCA wide lists?
