[Archers] Atlatl Class Request

I haven't heard if there will be one again this year at Pennsic, but the last 2 years, 
there has been an atlatl range set up next to the TW range.  They do get a bit picky 
about who can marshal (since some kingdoms want a TW marshal and others want 
an Archery one, but I will probably be around there most of the week, and am already 
approved to run it (being both TW and Archery helped in that matter :)).
Check it out and stop on by.
So far there have only been a few hay bales set out, but that doesn't mean that additional 
targets couldn't be set up if people want to :)
