[Archers] Atlatl in Atlantia

A couple of points:
Is three feet enough? Former javelin throwers may want more. Penalty
for early/late throw?
How many throwers rushing the line at one time? How many targets at one
time? There could be a lot of movement going on.
I wonder if we could learn something from the thrown missileers?
