[Archers] Correction to my post last night

Good evening everyone just a quick update. I want to correct the wording I
used. I should have stated 1 marshal with a witness needs to be present for
RR or IKAC scores to be official. New what I wanted to say but the brain to
finger translation wasn't quite right. Thanks again.
