[Archers] St. Sebastian update for targets.

Cameron's Target:

TITLE: Great Wall of China

DESCRIPTION: Advance and take the Great Wall! There are enemy archers on
top of the wall, you must take them out before you can successfully raise
the ladder and storm the other side.

SCORING: 6 arrows/bolts. 2 points for each defender, and 6 points for
raising the ladder. You must knock down/hit all 3 defenders before raising
the ladder.

NOTES: If a defender gets knocked off accidentally, score goes to the
archer. for instance if one arrow hits the wall and all 3 defenders fall
off, then the next shot can raise the ladder and the shooter will have
scored 12. (this isn't likely to happen). If an arrow hits a defender, and
it doesnt fall off the wall it is considered a kill. if the ladder target
is hit and the ladder doesn't raise, again points go to the archer
