[Archers] Un-event schedule

Lord Grimm, that will not be on the agenda for Unevent. The only rule change
I am looking to move forward is the "Marshals can inspect their own
equipment" as it was part of the changes under Lorelei and somehow never
made it into the rules changes. The Royal round rules stand as published on
our archery page.

I was looking at the schedule for un-event and noticed that on the agenda
was under rules update that: "Royal Rounds and IKAC formal shoots require
two people. One has to be a warranted marshal of Atlantia and the other at
least a current member of the SCA." I saw this on the agenda for the day and
did not know if there were plans to change the rules to this. Is this change
being made for a reason, this is the 2nd time it has come up. Have there
been problems that this change is being made to address? Are there plans to
change the Atlantian target archery rules to this? I am quite confused to
see this on the agenda when I have seen nothing on the marshall's list that
this was up for discussion. I am just wondering what is up with this rule?
