One has to be a warranted marshal of Atlantia and the other at least a current member of the SCA.” I saw this on the agenda for the day and did not know if there were plans to change the rules to this. Is this change being made for a reason, this is the 2<sup>nd</sup> time it has come up. Have there been problems that this change is being made to address? Are there plans to change the Atlantian target archery rules to this? I am quite confused to see this on the agenda when I have seen nothing on the marshall’s list that this was up for discussion.
