Sorry to have missed SAAD. Maybe next year, I can get back down to the
Southern endo of the Kingdom.

Despite the rain and a few target malfunctions, we really had a blast at
this year's Southern Atlantian Archery Day. (I promise next year, the
target backs will allow NO blow-throughs.) :-)

I want to extend a special thank you to those archers who traveled some
hours to join us here in the southern end of the Kingdom. I hope you
enjoyed our little event, I know I did. I also want to point out that the
pavilion containing our northern archer brothers was referred when directing
people to the bardic in this manner, "Go along the row of tents, and hang a
right after you pass the drunk tent." Now I'm not saying this was the case,
perhaps our merriment and joy at seeing you all there was a bit exuberant.

The big winner of the event was our Brother Grimm, who won the night shoot,
as well as the high score of the day. Well done!

Other highlights: Lord Saphir made a special furry friend. The Men in
Kilts looked awesome! Rain showers does not slow true archers down one bit.
The Russian word for breasts is сиськи, (pronounced cicia). It is possible
to loose 30 bolts in one day. King Brian is getting to be a really good
archer. AND, many other things. Come next year. I think "bubba" will go
on Crusade.

Many thanks. You are all amazing.
